The entreprenurial mindset isn’t just for Mom & Dad! Kids Club is a one-of-a-kind childcare experience offered exclusively at HTM’s Live Quarterly Meetings. Kids are grouped by age and rotate through activities that include games, hands-on STEM projects, and creative challenges. Throughout the event, they will learn how to develop their very own small business. At the end of the conference, they bring their ideas to life by running a Kids Club trade show, where they sell their creations to conference members.

Through worksheets, lessons, and hands-on support, kids learn the fundamentals of creating their own business.

They build an age-appropriate business plan, develop products, design a marketing poster, and prepare a short pitch.

Kids enjoy games and group activities where they can laugh, move, and make new friends. When the weather permits, we head outside for fresh air and pool time.

Amy and Lauryn are a mother-daughter duo with experience in large-group childcare across a variety of settings. Since joining Kids Club in January 2023, they have hosted 12 events, creating engaging experiences for children of all ages.
They are passionate about creating an environment where kids can truly be kids, with a rotating schedule that breaks up long days at an LQM conference. Their approach supports a range of needs, including providing a quiet space with fidget toys and calming activities for children who need a reset. Together, they create a Kids Club experience that children look forward to, and parents can feel confident in.

Kids Club is staffed by vetted nannies who are CPR and First Aid certified, and we maintain a 5:1 child-to-adult ratio to ensure close supervision and support.
The program is led by Lauryn and Amy, who both have extensive experience working with large group children’s programs in a variety of settings and have successfully run Kids Club at more than 13 HTM events.
We provide meals and snacks, but you are welcome to send additional food at your discretion (no peanuts, please).
If weather permits and we visit the pool, we recommend sending flip flops and any desired pool accessories. Electronics are allowed during free play.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING PAINT OR GLITTER, and avoid sending items you would not want lost or damaged, as this can occasionally happen in large group settings.
Please note any allergies during registration. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and create a safe environment for all children. Contact help@howtomange.com if you have further questions or concerns.
Kids Club activities are designed to be flexible and engaging for children with different learning styles. Our team provides guidance and support throughout activities so every child can participate and feel included. If your child has specific needs, we encourage parents to let us know ahead of time so we can help create the best possible experience.
Kids Club provides buffet-style meals during the program, as well as some snacks. If your child has dietary restrictions, we can accommodate them with advance notice prior to the event.
Kids Club is designed for children ages 3–12 who are potty trained. Our staff are not able to provide hands-on bathroom assistance. In the rare case of an accident, a parent will need to come assist their child and provide a change of clothes.
