Learn, Play, Grow!

The entreprenurial mindset isn’t just for Mom & Dad! Kids Club is a one-of-a-kind childcare experience offered exclusively at HTM’s Live Quarterly Meetings. Kids are grouped by age and rotate through activities that include games, hands-on STEM projects, and creative challenges. Throughout the event, they will learn how to develop their very own small business. At the end of the conference, they bring their ideas to life by running a Kids Club trade show, where they sell their creations to conference members.

About Kid's Club!

We Teach

Through worksheets, lessons, and hands-on support, kids learn the fundamentals of creating their own business.

We Work

They build an age-appropriate business plan, develop products, design a marketing poster, and prepare a short pitch.

We Play

Kids enjoy games and group activities where they can laugh, move, and make new friends. When the weather permits, we head outside for fresh air and pool time.

Practical (Profitable) FUN!

Business
Lessons

More than a lemonade stand...

Kids learn the difference between products and services, how to price fairly, and how to identify their target audience. Kids Club regulars look forward to the trade show each quarter, aiming to beat past profit records. The top business earned just over $400 in July 2023. We provide craft supplies, though some families may create items at home. *Please do not send your child with paint or glitter.

ACTIVITIES

Hands on learning!

We choose two STEM activities for each event that encourage creative problem-solving and hands-on learning. Kids take on challenges like building popsicle stick bridges that can hold the weight of a shoe, paper airplane contests, LEGO builds, and more. We focus on open-ended activities with no wrong answers, helping kids build confidence, imagination, and fine motor skills they can carry with them beyond the event.

It makes the dream work...

In today’s world of screens and individual gaming, we intentionally design activities that get kids talking, collaborating, and working together. By fostering an environment of communication and group play, both first-timers and returning kids can make new friends and feel included. They learn how their unique skills and ideas can come together to build something stronger as a team, helping shape a more well-rounded and confident future.

What Are The Parents Saying?

Amy and Lauryn are a mother-daughter duo with experience in large-group childcare across a variety of settings. Since joining Kids Club in January 2023, they have hosted 12 events, creating engaging experiences for children of all ages.

They are passionate about creating an environment where kids can truly be kids, with a rotating schedule that breaks up long days at an LQM conference. Their approach supports a range of needs, including providing a quiet space with fidget toys and calming activities for children who need a reset. Together, they create a Kids Club experience that children look forward to, and parents can feel confident in.
